Hibernate Inactive Accounts List

Suggesting to create Hibernate Inactive Accounts List.

If a member is not active for say 3 months, the member's account becomes hibernating. After say 9 more months with no action, the member would be marked for deletion. If no action occurs in further 3 months it would be deleted.

I'm sure there are so many dead accounts that are awaiting to be discovered. The following are examples I encountered while deleting old requests.

alex111 was last seen:
Oct 14, 2018

des_hershey was last seen:
Dec 4, 2019

error89 was last seen:
Dec 12, 2020

slstsang was last seen:
Oct 29, 2020

Jokker was last seen:
Dec 30, 2020

Vevetuani was last seen:
Jan 14, 2020

Elliot was last seen:
Aug 1, 2020

Serge was last seen:
Nov 22, 2018

Quieropreset was last seen:
Dec 4, 2020
