If you ever tried to hand paint some fantasy elements like energy balls, hovering SciFi lights, ray gun emissions? You know it is not easy, right?
Not easy, but doable. We got our painting caps on and rendered 50 lines images in super high resolution. At 6666 pixels on each side, each texture is big enough to work with as a background or as a special effect.
I know you want to know what are those textures made of. They are made out of pure awesomeness. Either that or millions of very fine white lines, layered against 100% black background so you can overlay those using screen blending mode.

The mirror will be removed once you post a new mirror (as per the rules).
Furthermore, there is a mirror from Apr 1, 2019 by @anonzzz that indicates that you don't mind having this post mirrored so the mods did not see the need to directly mention you.

Good to know mirrors can be posted. I won't bother re-upping anything then.

    As per the rules:
"Someone else can post a mirror right away. If the OP fixes the link after someone else posted a mirror he can request the mirror to be removed, but he must provide his own link (not to copy the mirror link)".
